Type-7SZ "Sandwich"-class Ceremonial Escort Frigate, Statek'vilk-pattern Mark I

on Sun Jan 03, 2016 10:58 am
The ship itself isn't a WIP, but the photo-editing and description are very much unfinished. Razz But I wanted to post this and hopefully get everyone back on track again.

This is a ship of the Type-7SZ "Sandwich"-class Ceremonial Escort Frigate, Statek'vilk-pattern Mark I style of Draugr vessel.

Full Size

In-depth specs include:
-An arsenal consisting of 2 large railgun turrets, 6 dual ion cannons, 8 Radioactive Aluminum-Based Particle Shooting guns (RABPSGs; name in progress), and 9 dual laser dakka guns for point-defense purposes, as well as a missile bay with 36 auto-loading missile tubes.
-Armor plating
-A power source
-A big thruster and a little thruster, for propulsion
-Antennas
-Integrated Greebles for efficient power transfer, intraflux telemagnoplasmic fusor wormhole multiplexing, and advanced technobabblification.
-Other stuff

LDD file:
http://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/Ariklego/Models/type-7sz_combat_frigate_statekvilk-pattern_mark_i.lxf

So, enjoy. I'll hopefully have this officially posted soon. Razz

Excuse me while I pick my jaw up off the floor. This is a beautiful piece of craftsman ship, and you ought to be proud. Well done, Arik!

This is... this is beautiful. Guys, I quit life.

Also, kindly explain how the "intraflux telemagnoplasmic fusor wormhole multiplexing" works? Because it sounds really cool-looking.

Well, this is sort of a simplified explanation, but basically what they do is reverse the localized gravitic polarities simultaneously. This (obviously) generates a momentary wormhole-antiwormhole singularity reaction that tears a split-second rupture in time-space, then converts metaphysical pseudo-matter into a plasmatic state. The end result is a weaponized hyper-velocitous tuna fish sandwich.

For those that are less scientific and couldn't quite wrap their heads around that explanation, here's a detailed schematic that should hopefully help clear it up:

I was wondering, if we introduced a concentrated Tachyon pulse just as the gravitic polarities are in the process of being reversed, would it be possible, theoretically speaking of course, to create a weaponized, temporal displacement anomaly originated, sapid turkey sandwich?

No, unfortunately; the creation of bird meat requires a massive injection of phasic antineutrinos precisely timed to the ambisecond during the supraparticle-pseudomatter conversion. If you can pull that off, then sure --it's just a simple matter of macrosublimating the superior elbow-quarks during the peak Lorrianne period-- but... well, the Draugr don't exactly have that kind of tech, if you haven't noticed. Razz

(...I literally have no idea what I just wrote. XD)

Macrosubliminiation only requires a concentrated tachyon-based metaparticle stream to be phase-shifted on the quantum level via a poly-hydraulic molecular bologna hyperdrive. If you don't have one of those, you can jerry-rig your microwave with a auto-inducing antiproton condenser set to a phase variant of zero-point-keleven and it'll achieve basically the same effect, though with more fluctuations in the polaroid field. I can't guarantee it's anywhere near as safe as the first method, but it's far less advanced.

Also, this thread is pure gold. I cannot stop laughing.

Oh, yeah, didn't think of that; never tried it myself, but yeah, that *should* work. 'Course, the added fluctuations are going to produce some subreduced hypercyst beta particles, and I think we all know what happens when you let those near most microwave's kappa- and chi-pattern shift-field multisplicers-- total ultraleponic neuroimplosion of a least pi-th microdegree. Also, with all the baryonic hypoplasma you'd get from submolecular protogluon field inducers, you'd probably end up with chicken con carne or something. =/

...Or am I confusing that periaperture wavelength-shift core? ...Crap. Nevermind, should work fine. Razz

During all this time that you've been discussing the possibility of creating a weaponized, temporal displacement anomaly originated, sapid turkey sandwich, I have eaten said sammich.

It tasted like freedom.

And sharp chedder.

With a hint of hickory smoke.

The ship IS a sammich?  Shocked  I don't understand. This whole conversation made perfect sense up until you said that.

What were we talking about?

It's a Ship Sandwich. Similar idea to a Sub Sandwich, but a Ship instead of a Sub (err, spaceship technically. But eh, technicalities...).

And by the way Dino, while I'm glad you checked, as a rule I don't mind one bit if people get off topic in my topics. Smile It's more fun that way IMO. Razz

Sorry for commenting so late. I wish I had see this earlier!

This ship is simply amazing. Greebles are great, weapons are perfectly crafted, the shape is awesome, and (from what I can tell since I can't access the .lxf on Google Drive) the SNOT work is top-notch. More pics please! I wanna see more of this beauty! Razz

BTW everyone, I have no idea where you guys are getting the turkey sandwich from. I took all the procedures discussed in this thread and ran it through my fibroplasmatic quantabulation dioplastor, and all I got was a half-baked soft pretzel with no trace of temporal displacement or weaponized sapidness. It didn't even have any salt. I think the name of the ship should be changed to "Type-7SV Disappointingly Undercooked Doughy Mess Ceremonial Escort Frigate, Statek'vilk-pattern MKIwashopingforaweaponizedturkeysandwich."

Just sayin'. Razz

...wait, what? Are you sure your dioplasor is set to "polar degluonation"? The sapidness should definitely be there...

Thinking on the pretzel aspect a bit more, I suspect you probably just left the superneutron reconverters to a lower periosmosis aspect level-- say, maybe around 600, 700 antihertz/meters? You generally want it to at least 3,000+; more if you're using an older megahadron exocapacitor. Hope that helped!

Ohhhhhhh, so THAT's what the little knob on the side panel controls! Yeah, it was set to only 617 antihertz/meters. Hehe, my bad. Very Happy

I'll tweak that and set the dioplastor to polar degluonation mode like you said, and then see what happens. I should probably boost the gain on the supergamma kleidoconductortron too, just for good measure. I saw a paper once that explained how that would help facilitate rapid proto-leptonic sapidness generation.

Probably should, yeah; I usually use a megacyclic baryon protoinjector myself, but I hear the supergamma kleidoconductortrons work really well at sapid-generation frequencies. Bit pricey, though; might just go for a kilobeta anocyclotron (probably around a Maxim rating of 14 or 15), considering it's less than half the price and does roughly the same thing (I think?).

Images and description will be added... Uhh... As soon as I'm not busy and don't get sidetracked doing any of a million other things. Razz

@Arik Ah. I just wanted to check, since some people LOVE off topic wildness, and others HATE it. But seeing as how you love it.

Has anyone considered just using the replicators to produce mass quantities of delicious turk-sammiches? Yeaaaah.... crazy idea. Let's stick to simple science and elbow grease. (Speaking of which, we're running low on that, and some of our liberated Borg drones are complaining about their joints locking up.)

Yeah... I'll see about jury-rigging the Geelon Macrocondensers to pump malophasic superacid into the propalcyclic nanoconflection assimilators. Considering how much of it we have lying around here, we should be good on elbow grease for a while. The drone joints, however.. those you'll have to fix yourself. Razz

Dino: No problem, I get it. Thanks for checking. Very Happy

And I hate to be rude, but... Would a Replicator be able to generate an object using the antiprotons? I thought it would cause a reaction if the antiprotons and the positrons collided. I mean I guess you could rely solely on positively-charged gigaprotons instead, but it's somewhat impractical to generate an alpha singularity with them and the end result wouldn't have quite the same radioactively-savory flavor to it.
...On the other hand, the nth-phase dioplastor could easily just cut the relativistic superprotons into the needed proton-antiproton gamma flux, not to mention it would eliminate the need for that weird thing on the edge of deli turkey.

Soo, yeah. Not to trying to shoot down your idea (this IS sci-fi after all, so there's no need to be completely realistic), but it doesn't quite seem doable.

...The man's got a point. A good dioplaser could easily eliminate the anapolar milibosons and deliver most varieties of superprotons straight to the flux, no infomatrix disruption grids or transparticle sigma radiators needed. That being said, I do hear that all the extra caloriwaves interweaved in the sammich's ionic septochains are a bit fattening, so... perhaps we may want to think about it some more? I mean, we already have hexalight vortexes being generated by unphased automagnetron/phi bellalepton collisions, so it's not exactly a huge leap in hardness...
