Dress Uniforms
Dress uniforms are issued to all Imperial Army soldiers for ceremonial events, non-combat duties, and other formal events.

Very dressy. 
There's not much to say.. I could SO see these guys saluting as one of them opens the door of a black, armored civilian luxury vehicle revealing Admiral Kojan, returning from a glorious victory.
