Imperial Armory Database Empty Imperial Armory Database

Tue Jun 04, 2013 10:38 pm
The following is a complete list of all non-vehicle mounted weaponry used by the Yaka Empire.

Assault Rifles

AGC-15
AutoGun Carbine-15

Imperial Armory Database Agc-1510
Standard Gun
Imperial Armory Database Agc-1511
Dirty gun

The AGC-15 is the standard carbine of the Imperial Army, comparable to the US Army's M16A2 or M4A3. It is a robust and durable weapon, able to be tossed to the ground, soaked in the rain, or dropped in the mud, yet still be in working condition. The carbine has two firing modes: semi and auto. An undermounted grenade launcher or shotgun adds to the weapon's lethality, and gives the soldier a second firing option.

Like all AutoGun and AutoCannon technology, the AGC-15 uses electromagnets to propel its shot out of the weapon, effectively making it a hand-held railgun. More specific to the gun, it fires a 5.54x52mm solid slug, although armor piercing variants are available.

Info:
Weight: 7.5 lbs
Cartridge: 5.54x52mm
Action: Electromagnetic Accelerator
Rate of Fire: 790-1020 Rounds/Min.
Muzzle Velocity: 515 Meters/Sec.
Effective Range: 675-750m
Feed System: 30 Round Box Magazine
Sights: Holo, Red Dot, Various

CAC-19
Compact AutoCarbine-19

Imperial Armory Database Cac-1910
Standard Gun
Imperial Armory Database Car-1911
Dirty Gun

The CAC-19 is the first carbine made by Radion Industries, but has quickly become the standard issue carbine for the Imperial Marines. Much more compact than the AGC-15, the gun is actually able to deliver more powerful shots than the AGC, using the same caliber, by using a more efficient system of electromagnetic accelerators. These traits combine to result in a much more powerful and effective carbine.

There are, however, a few drawbacks to the CAC-19. It is much more expensive to produce than the AGC-15, which is why the AGC is most often used to supply Army regiments, while the CAC is most often used to supply Marine regiments. Additionally, the lack of a lengthy underside attachment rail section does not allow for under-mounted grenade launchers or shotguns to be employed.

Weight: 8.01 lbs
Cartridge: 5.54x52mm
Action: Electromagnetic Accelerator
Rate of Fire: 820-920 Rounds/Min.
Muzzle Velocity: 915 Meters/Sec.
Effective Range: 700-825m
Feed System: 30 Round Box Magazine
Sights: Holo, Red Dot, Various

Light Machine Guns

LPMG-9
Light Plasma Machine Gun-9

Imperial Armory Database Lpmg-910
Standard Gun
Imperial Armory Database Lpmg-911
Dirty Gun

One of the few plasma weapons in the Imperial Army's arsenal, the LPMG-9 can suppress enemies on any battle field. The light machine gun is often used to counter heavy infantry and even light vehicles. The "ammo box" for the weapon is actually a container of Cold Plasma, and small increments of plasma are funneled up through the weapon's systems until it reaches the firing chamber. The plasma is then propelled at high velocity out of the weapon. At the tip of the end of the barrel, a suspended energy field heats up all plasma leaving the gun to approximately 900 degrees Fahrenheit. After a few dozen rounds, the barrel begins to become extreme hot, so the soldier manning the gun must fire the weapon in short busts if he wishes to keep the barrel cool. The LPMG-9 is powered by a miniature fusion reactor, and power cells are slid into the weapon in the grip of the gun, like clips into a pistol. However, the fusion reactors are extremely energy efficient, and power cells can last for weeks, which gives the gunner one less thing to worry about.

Info:
Weight: 24.76 lbs
Cartridge: Cold Plasma
Plasma Heat: 900 Degrees Fahrenheit
Action: Energy Fields
Rate of Fire: 430-540 Bolts/Min.
Muzzle Velocity: 965 Meters/Sec.
Effective Range: 675-750m
Feed System: 600 Bolt Plasma Canister
Sights: ACOG, Red Dot, Various

Pistols

AP-7
AutoPistol-7

Imperial Armory Database Ap-1_f12
Standard Gun
Imperial Armory Database Ap-1_d11
Dirty Gun

The AP-7 is the standard sidearm issued to Imperial Army soldiers as a secondary weapon. It fires a 8.25x17mm solid round using the typical AutoGun/AutoCannon technology, which in this extremely small, compact form, is referred to as AutoPistol tech (Thus the gun's namesake). The very small electromagnetic accelerators give the pistol a greater range than modern day firearms (now obsolete), but the maximum range is still very short compared to rifles and sub machine guns. The pistol can be equipped with a flashlight or laser, depending on what the operator requires/prefers.

Info:
Weight: 1lb
Cartridge: 8.25x17mm
Action: Electromagnetic Accelerator
Muzzle Velocity: 400 Meters/Sec.
Effective Range: 100m
Feed System: 20 Round Box Magazine
Sights: Iron Sights

RPP-2
Radion Plasma Pistol-2

Imperial Armory Database Rpp-2_12
Standard Gun
Imperial Armory Database Rpp-2_11
Dirty Gun

The RPP-2 is a specialty weapon employed in few numbers on the battlefield. It is an extremely complex sidearm, as the plasma weapon technology used in the handgun has only recently been miniaturized from larger existing weapon systems. Nevertheless, it is a highly valuable weapon, able to spit plasma bolts with precision and power up to a range of 100m, which is exceptional for a gun of its type. Cooling vents under the barrel, just above the flashlight, prevent the weapon from overheating.

Info:
Weight: 1.5 lbs
Cartridge: Cold Plasma
Plasma Heat: 700 Degrees Fahrenheit
Action: Energy Fields
Muzzle Velocity: 275 Meters/Sec.
Effective Range: 75-125m
Feed System: 20 Bolt Plasma Magazine
Sights: Iron Sights

Rifles

EVTK-344S
Extreme Conditions Tactical Kit-344 Sniper

Imperial Armory Database Ectk-310
Standard Gun
Imperial Armory Database Ectk-311
Dirty Gun
Imperial Armory Database Ectk-312
Just a sweet looking aqua-blue version of the gun I made

The ECTK-344S is the most commonly used sniper rifle for Imperial Marines operating his harsh conditions, often arctic environments. The sniper rifle's power and range are unparalleled when compared to other non-sniper rifles, and the flash suppressor allows for trained sniper teams to take out targets from over a mile away. A powerful optic scope/telescope lens allows for the shooter to get a clear image of his/her target from great distances.

Because the gun is often used in extremely cold arctic environments, micro sensors are built into the weapon at critical points in the gun's design to get a temperature reading of the part. Should a part become too cold, the weapon's electrothermal generator (located on the underside of the gun, forward of the clip but behind the bipod) will warm that part to prevent it from freezing.

Info:
Weight: 25.2 lbs
Cartridge: .425 Barrett
Action: Bolt Action Electromagnetic Accelerator
Muzzle Velocity: 1017 Meters/Sec.
Effective Range: 2100m
Feed System: 10 Round Box Magazine
Sights: Enhanced Optic Scope/Adjustable Telescopic Lens

OVSR-1
Operational Variability Sniper Rifle-1

Imperial Armory Database Ovsr-110
Standard Gun
Imperial Armory Database Ovsr-111
Dirty Gun

Though Bismarck Manufacturing is better known for their vehicular tech, and more notably their work with the Yaka Empire's tanks/panzers, the company does in fact produce small arms. Some of the best in the field, in fact.

While the EVTK-344S is, overall, a fantastic sniper rifle, it is build for harsh arctic environments, and many of its modifications are made to deal with said environment. This means that many of its modifications are of no use in non-arctic conditions. That's where the OVSR-1 comes in. Built for desert, terrain, jungle, and a large number of other environments, the sniper rifle has become the standard sniper rifle of the Imperial Army and Marines. While the weapon is about the same size as the EVTK-344S, special Compound Electromagnetic Accelerators are able to propel the slug further, increasing damage and range.

Info:
Weight: 34.91 lbs
Cartridge: .425 Barrett
Action: Compound Electromagnetic Accelerator
Muzzle Velocity: 1211 Meters/Sec.
Effective Range: 2315m
Feed System: 12 Round Box Magazine
Sights: Laser Sight/Adjustable Telescopic Lens; Various

Shotguns

RRS-19PA
Radion Rail Shotgun-19 Pump Action

Imperial Armory Database Rrs-1910
Standard Gun
Imperial Armory Database Rrs-1911
Dirty Gun

The RRS-19PA is the standard assault shotgun of the Imperial Army. Not surprisingly, not much about shotguns has changed, even after a few centuries of military engineering. While the propulsion system has been updated to use electromagnetic accelerators, slugs are still fed in from the side in a semi-auto shotgun fashion. Power is significantly increased compared to modern firearms, but design, range, and slug caliber have remained almost untouched. Attachment rails on the sides allow for additional accessories.

Info:
Weight: 6 lbs
Cartridge: 12 Gauge, 20 Gauge
Action: Pump Action/Electromagnetic Accelerator
Muzzle Velocity: 519 Meters/Sec.
Effective Range: 75m
Feed System: 9+1 Slugs; Internal Tube Magazine
Sights: Iron Sights, Various

Submachine Guns

SAG-72
SubAutoGun-72

Imperial Armory Database Sag-7210
Standard Gun
Imperial Armory Database Sag-7211

The SAG-72 is predecessor of the SAG-86. The 72 is a much less compact SMG than the 86, having a longer, thinner RIS/RAS and barrel. It is much lighter than the 86, which, unfortunately, results in greater instability and noticeable recoil from the high rate of fire. Additionally, the 72 is much less powerful than the 86, forgoing stopping power for rounds per minute.

Weight: 4.2 lbs
Cartridge: 8.25x17mm
Action: Electromagnetic Accelerator
Rate of Fire: 1250 Rounds/Min.
Muzzle Velocity: 276 Meters/Sec.
Effective Range: 65-147m
Feed System: 15 or 30 Round Box Magazine
Sights: Reflex Sight

SAG-86
SubAutoGun-86

Imperial Armory Database Sag-8612
Standard Gun
Imperial Armory Database Sag-8611
Dirty Gun

The SAG-86 is the standard submachine gun of the Imperial Army. Its perfected AutoGun technology allows for an incredibly high rate of fire, using electromagnetic accelerators. Due to the weapon's short barrel, high rate of fire, and folding stock, the SAG-86 is often a preferred close quarters combat weapon, and is the perfect design for urban warfare. Much like the AGC-15, the extreme durability of the weapon allows for it to be dropped, submerged in water, and otherwise abused, while still remaining in operational condition (however, keeping the weapon in well-maintained condition results in the best performance).

While overall SAG-86 is a superb weapon, there are a few complaints. The (comparatively) long and thin clip can be awkward to insert, and there are no attachment rails on the gun, so the operator is stuck using iron sights. Future designs of the weapon aim to deal with this issue.

Info:
Weight: 5.3 lbs
Cartridge: 8.25x17mm
Action: Electromagnetic Accelerator
Rate of Fire: 930 Rounds/Min.
Muzzle Velocity: 314 Meters/Sec.
Effective Range: 75-150m
Feed System: 15 or 30 Round Box Magazine
Sights: Iron Sights

SAG-88
SubAutoGun-88

Imperial Armory Database Sag-8810
Standard Gun
Imperial Armory Database Sag-8811
Dirty Gun

The latest generation of SAG from Yaka Industries, the 88 is, basically, a "development patch" of the 86. The main issue of the magazine being awkward to insert has been fixed by completely reshaping the receiver to better accommodate the magazine. Additionally, the front grip has been removed in favor of a handguard. The barrel has also been extended for increased accuracy. The durability of the weapon remains the same, as does the lack of attachment rails.

Info:
Weight: 4.9 lbs
Cartridge: 8.25x17mm
Action: Electromagnetic Accelerator
Rate of Fire: 950 Rounds/Min.
Muzzle Velocity: 334 Meters/Sec.
Effective Range: 75-150m
Feed System: 15 or 30 Round Box Magazine
Sights: Iron Sights

RCPW-6
Rapid Cycling Plasma Weapon-6

Imperial Armory Database Rcpw-610
Standard Gun
Imperial Armory Database Rcpw-611
Dirty Gun

An uncommon submachine gun more commonly used by the Imperial Marines, the RCPW-6 fires bolts of searing hot plasma at its enemies. The weapon's frame is very similar in design to the LPMG-9, using virtually the same power, cooling, heating, cycling systems. One notable difference is that the number of plasma bolts the RCPW-6 can fire is greater than that of its cousin, which allows for a greater spray of plasma to be fired, but also resulting in more common overheating occurrences.

This by no means makes the RCPW-6 a bad weapon. With a folding stock shorter front, the weapon is extremely lethal in close quarters combat, and is very effective against heavy (armored) infantry.

Info:
Weight: 11.23 lbs
Cartridge: Cold Plasma
Plasma Heat: 810 Degrees Fahrenheit
Action: Energy Fields
Rate of Fire: 210-320 Rounds/Min.
Muzzle Velocity: 401 Meters/Sec.
Effective Range: 100-145m
Feed System: 50 Bolt Plasma Canister
Sights: Holo, Red Dot, Various

Heavy Weapons

F3
Flamethrower 3

Imperial Armory Database F_3_fi10
Standard Gun
Imperial Armory Database F_3_di10
Dirty Gun

The F3 is the standard infantry-portable flamethrower for the Yaka Empire's military forces. Pictured is hand-held portion of the gun, which is used to direct the flow of burning napalm. A handle mounted on top of the more forward part of the nozzle (and can be flipped down either to the left or right, depending on the handedness of the user) allows the operator to maintain greater control over the weapon and lets him keep his or her hands off of the main barrel. Raw napalm flows in an extremely fierce stream out of the end of the nozzle, and micro igniters ignite the out-going stream. Not pictured is the backpack unit that the trooper wears, which provides him with plenty of fuel for the weapon. A hose runs out of the backpack (which is adequately armored to prevent the trooper from being hit and then cooked alive) and connects to a port located behind the grip. Additionally, fuel canisters can be inserted in a port at the top of the nozzle.

Info:
Weight: (Backpack) 80 lbs (with fuel); (Nozzle) 7.34 lbs
Cartridge: Liquid Napalm
Heat: 2678 Degrees Fahrenheit
Action: Diaphragm Pump
Rate of Fire: 0.75 Gallons/Min.
Effective Range: 40-80 Meters
Feed System: 2 Napalm Tanks
Sights: Your Own Two Eyes

Yeah, the website I used was basically a giant mosh pit of different individual gun parts (bolts, receivers, stocks, etc.) and I just pieced things together using that. I didn't use any reference pictures for any of the gun designs... but now that I look at the Google images results for "Kriss Vector", I can see how the RCPW-6 does look very similar to it. Razz

I'm seeing a LOT of real-world weapons in that mix, most of which are easily identifiable. Razz

-AGC-15: Most of the parts seem to be from the FN SCAR, especially the stock. On a different note, that's a really stinkin' long gun. Razz Certainly at least over the carbine mark, and thus a full-fledged rifle.

-CAC-19: The top carrying rail/integrated reflector sight is definitely from off the G36. I notice you used it in quite a few of your weapons. Razz And the stock is from one of FN's or H&K's SAW/LMG models. Not sure which, though. The barrel/handgrip section is presumably from one of the newer Russian ARs, maybe their newer AN-94.

-The LMPG-9 is clearly the Vector's body, and also has the XM8's stock. Not sure about any of the other parts, though.

-AP-7, RPP-2: Not sure about these. Ironically, the closest thing I can think of is the M6C/SOCOM pistols, off of HALO 3: ODST. Razz

-EVTK-344S: I really have no clue which sniper rifle this is, though I'm gonna guess it's a newer model by Barrett. The scope is pretty obvious, though, as a mix of a standard scope, the F2000's top sight, and the again the G36's sight/rail.

-OSVR-1: I have to say, this is probably the coolest gun on here in my opinion. Razz I'm particularly fond of thumbhole-grip/bullpup weapons, and while the barrel handrail doesn't quite fit in it's still very neat. Anyway, most of the body is from the F2000. The front top half of the barrel handrail seems to be the upper body of the SCAR or ACR, while the lower half is... not sure. And once more, you've used the G36's sight. Razz

-RRS-19PA: I can't say much about this one. Shotguns aren't my area of expertise. Due to the pistol grip I'd guess the Remington-870 Combat Shotgun, but that's the best I can think of. On a different note, don't follow Halo's deadly spiral into destruction and rely on pump-action shotguns in a futuristic environment. The future of combat shotguns is drastically different. Razz Ever heard of the AA-12?

-SAG-72: probably the most unrecognizable gun on here. Any idea what stock that is? I'd love to know. The body (as with the SAG-88) is from the MP5. That's about it.

-SAG-86: The body and stock are definitely the G36. And, of course, the top carrying rail is that super-distinctive M16 part from KAC.

-RCPW-6: Honestly, the only features to distinguish this from the original Vector are the sight and the improperly-place magazine (which normally goes in diagonally). Razz

-F6: The back half is definitely either the SA-80 or a Chinese gun. The front half has me befuddled, though. I'd guess the Sterling M3A2, but that gun's roughly sixty years old so I'd be amazed if they included it.

Yes, I know all of the parts are from different guns. Like I said to Jred, the website I used to make these is simply a catalog of different individual guns parts (basically) that allows you to piece together your own weapons. What I'm trying to do is just be judged based on the present gun designs, not by, "Oh, that piece is from an AK and that piece is from an M16." Razz
